vielen Dank für Ihre Teilnahme an unserer Befragung im Rahmen des Projektes „SENERGY Nets“ (https://senergynets.eu/). Auf den folgenden Seiten finden Sie einige Informationen zum Datenschutz.

Zweck, Art und Umfang der Erhebung personenbezogener Daten

• Datenerhebung

Die Umfrage wird über die Platform Survey Monkey durchgeführt. Die anonymisierten Datensätze werden zur Auswertung an EIFER übertragen und
lokal bei EIFER gespeichert. Die Platform Survey Monkey wird betrieben von SurveyMonkey Europe UC, 2nd Floor, 2 Shelbourne Buildings, Shelbourne Road, Dublin, Irlande (als Auftragsverarbeiter). Die Datenschutzerklärungen des Auftragsverarbeiters finden sie unter https://de.surveymonkey.com/mp/legal/privacy/.

• Durch Ihre Teilnahme erhalten wir Kenntnis über folgende personenbezogene Daten:
  • Zugehörigkeit zu einer Akteursgruppe (Einwohner, Vertreter/in eines lokalen Unternehmens, Vertreter der Gemeinde, etc.)
  • Zugehörigkeit zur Stadtteil des Demonstrators (Milano, Paris, Ljubljana)
• Zweckbindung Das Projekt erfasst Fragen zum vorhandenen Energiesystem sowie Erfahrungen, Meinungen und Wahrnehmungen zur Versorgung über Nahwärmnetze von Kunden und Endverbrauchern der im Projekt eingebundenen Städte und Quartiere: Milano (Italien), Ljubljana (Slowenien) und Paris (Frankreich).
• Speicherort und –dauer Die Speicherung der Fragebögen erfolgt lokal am Europäischen Institut für Energieforschung EIfER EDF-KIT EWIV. Diese Daten werden in aggregierter und anonymer Form bis Dezember 2026 (Ende des SenergyNets-Projekts) aufbewahrt und danach von uns gelöscht. Durch Ihre Bestätigung der Datenschutzhinweise und die Teilnahme an der Umfrage stimmen Sie der Speicherung Ihrer Angaben zu.

Ihre Rechte

Es gelten jederzeit die Rechte der betroffenen Personen laut Art. 12 bis 23 DSGVO (Datenschutzgrundverordnung). Insbesondere möchten wir sie jedoch auf folgende Rechte ausführlich hinweisen:

Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO) Sie können jederzeit ihr Recht auf Auskunft und transparente Information bei den unten genannten Adressen geltend machen.

Recht auf Widerspruch (Art. 21 DSGVO) Sie können jederzeit Ihr Recht auf Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten geltend machen. Ausgenommen hiervon sind gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Speicherfristen.

Recht auf Widerruf und Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18 DSGVO) Sollten Sie Einwände gegen die Rechtmäßigkeit der Verarbeitung haben oder Ihre Einwilligung zur Speicherung widerrufen wollen, steht Ihnen dies ebenfalls jederzeit zu. Ebenfalls ausgenommen sind hiervon Informationen, die einer gesetzlichen Speicherfrist unterliegen.

Recht auf Löschung (Art. 17 DSGVO) Sie haben jederzeit die Möglichkeit, die Löschung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten zu beantragen. Diesem Wunsch muss unverzüglich nachgekommen werden. Ausgenommen hiervon sind personenbezogene Daten, die einer gesetzlichen Speicherfrist unterliegen.

Thank you for taking part in our survey as part of the “SENERGY Nets” project (https://senergynets.eu/). On the following page you will find some information on data protection.

Purpose, type and scope of the collection of personal data

• Data collection

The survey is conducted via the Survey Monkey platform. The anonymized data records are transferred to EIFER for evaluation and stored locally at EIFER. The SurveyMonkey platform is operated by SurveyMonkey Europe UC, 2 Shelbourne Buildings, Shelbourne Road, Dublin, Ireland (as processor). The data protection declarations of the processor can be found at https://uk.surveymonkey.com/mp/legal/privacy/.

Through your participation, we obtain knowledge of the following personal data

o Affiliation to a stakeholder group (resident, representative of a local business, representative of the municipality, etc.)

o Affiliation to the city district of the demonstrator’s city (Milan, Paris, Ljubjana)

• Purpose

The project collects questions on the existing energy systems as well as experiences, opinions and perceptions on the supply via local heating networks of customers, clients and end users of the cities and communities involved in the project: Milano (Italy), Ljubljana (Slovenia) and Paris (France).

• Storage location and duration

The questionnaires are stored locally at the European Institute for Energy Research EIfER EDF-KIT EEIG. This data is stored in aggregated and anonymous form until December 2026 (end of SenergyNets project) and then deleted by us. By confirming the data protection information and participating in the survey, you consent to the storage of your data.

Your rights

The rights of data subjects pursuant to Art. 12 to 23 GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) apply at all times. In particular, however, we would like to draw your attention to the following rights in detail:

Right to information (Art. 15 GDPR)

You can assert your right to information and transparent information at any time at the addresses listed below.

Objectif, type et étendue de la collecte de données personnelles

• Collecte des données

• Grâce à votre participation, nous prenons connaissance des données personnelles suivantes

• Objectif

Le projet recueille des questions sur les systèmes énergétiques existants ainsi que des expériences, des opinions et des perceptions sur l’approvisionnement via les réseaux de chaleur locaux des clients, des consommateurs et des utilisateurs finaux des villes et des communautés impliquées dans le projet : Milan (Italie), Ljubljana (Slovénie) et Paris (France).

• Lieu de stockage et durée

Les questionnaires sont stockés localement à l’Institut européen de recherche sur l’énergie EIfER EDF-KIT EEIG. Ces données sont stockées sous forme agrégée et anonyme jusqu’en décembre 202 (fin du projet SenergyNets) et sont ensuite supprimées par nos soins. En confirmant les informations relatives à la protection des données et en participant à l’enquête, vous consentez au stockage de vos données.

Vos droits

Les droits des personnes concernées conformément aux art. 12 à 23 du RGPD (Règlement général sur la protection des données) s’appliquent à tout moment. Nous souhaitons toutefois attirer votre attention sur les droits suivants en particulier :

Namen, vrsta in obseg zbiranja osebnih podatkov

– Zbiranje podatkov

Anketa se izvaja prek platforme Survey Monkey. Anonimizirani zapisi podatkov se prenesejo na EIFER za vrednotenje in se shranijo shranjeni lokalno v EIFER. Platformo SurveyMonkey upravlja družba SurveyMonkey Europe UC, 2 Shelbourne Buildings, Shelbourne Road, Dublin, Irska (kot obdelovalec). – Z vašim sodelovanjem pri raziskavi smo seznanjeni z naslednjimi osebnimi podatki

o pripadnost skupini deležnikov (prebivalec, predstavnik lokalnega podjetja, predstavnik občine itd.)

o pripadnost mestnemu okrožju mesta, v katerem se nahaja demonstrator (Milano, Pariz, Ljubjana)

– Namen

V okviru projekta se zbirajo vprašanja o obstoječih energetskih sistemih ter izkušnje, mnenja in zaznave o oskrbi prek lokalnih toplovodnih omrežij odjemalcev, strank in končnih uporabnikov mest in skupnosti, vključenih v projekt: Milano (Italija), Ljubljana (Slovenija) in Pariz (Francija).

– Kraj in trajanje skladiščenja

Vprašalniki so shranjeni lokalno na Evropskem inštitutu za energetske raziskave EIfER EDF-KIT EEIG. Ti podatki so v agregirani in anonimni obliki shranjeni do decembra 202 (konec projekta SenergyNets), nato pa jih izbrišemo. S potrditvijo informacij o varstvu podatkov in sodelovanjem v raziskavi se strinjate s shranjevanjem svojih podatkov.

Vaše pravice

Pravice posameznikov, na katere se nanašajo osebni podatki, so v skladu s čl. 12 do 23 Splošne uredbe o varstvu podatkov (GDPR) veljajo ves čas. Še posebej pa vas želimo podrobno opozoriti na naslednje pravice:

Pravica do obveščenosti (člen 15 Splošne uredbe o varstvu podatkov)

Svojo pravico do informacij in preglednih informacij lahko kadar koli uveljavljate na spodaj navedenih naslovih.

Pravica do ugovora (člen 21 Splošne uredbe o varstvu podatkov)

Svojo pravico do ugovora obdelavi osebnih podatkov lahko uveljavljate kadar koli. To ne velja za obdobja hrambe, ki so predpisana z zakonom.

Pravica do preklica in omejitve obdelave (člen 18 GDPR)

Če ugovarjate zakonitosti obdelave ali želite preklicati privolitev za hrambo, lahko to prav tako storite kadar koli. To ne velja tudi za podatke, za katere velja zakonsko določeno obdobje hrambe.

Pravica do izbrisa (člen 17 Splošne uredbe o varstvu podatkov)

Imate pravico, da kadar koli zahtevate izbris svojih osebnih podatkov. To zahtevo je treba nemudoma izpolniti. To ne velja za osebne podatke, za katere velja zakonsko določeno obdobje hrambe.
